...something for seminary students & graduates...often located in hospitals, but also in some large churches...for persons of all faiths, not just Christians..combines psychology, theology, pastoral care, etc...to help a person grow and become more self-aware, etc. Jim started out as a chaplain & cpe supervisor at pine rest Christian hospital in grand rapids (MI) (a psychiatric hospital)...where I also later worked as a psychology major for a short while
